The Langhe Nebbiolo from Piemonte is an ethereal and elegant wine with scents of rose and tobacco, and a great nose of dark berries, dried red flowers, and toasted fennel. It is a balanced dry, medium bodied wine with a brick - hued garnet color. The palate features fine tannins, an overall solid frame with a sweet mid-palate, and clean flavors of sour cherry and strawberry with a long finish. Pair this wine with roast meats, lamb, game, and strong and mature cheeses.
