Made exclusively from Bonarda grapes, the color is ruby red with brilliant violet hues. The nose is fine, straightforward, elegant with hints of red fruit, blackberry and ripe cherry. The palette has good tannins typical of the grape which gives structure and complexity, leaving a good aftertaste of almonds. It goes well with regional dishes of Lombardia; cold cuts, meat raviolis, risotto, roasted red meats and stews.
