Alberto Longo's Donnadele is produced from the Puglian variety, Negroamaro.  This grape usually makes concentrated and fruity reds, so it a perfect grape with which to make a rose!   The light pink color is the result of the wine only spending between four and eight hours on the skins.  It has aromas of intense and persistent flowers and fruit from the unusual grape. It is fresh, elegant, and flavorful with a good structure.  Match with antipasti, traditional Italian entrees or sushi.
