The centenary of experience, together with the professionalism of their technicians allows Ca De Medici to create Rosso di Terra Calda, which is their reserve and highly acclaimed Lambrusco. Rosso di Terra Calda is produced in limited quantities through a careful selection of Lambrusco grapes. This lightly sparkling wine is noted for its dark ruby red color, its thick foam, its powerful and persistent fruity aroma, and its full and smooth taste which make it particularly suited for strong and heavier pasta dishes like lasagne and for roasted or BBQ meats. This wine should be served at room temperature or slightly chilled.
