The Corte Rugolin Valpolicella Classico Superiore di Ripasso is the product of the fermentation of Valpolicella Classico on the pressed grapes of Recioto and Amarone that are still full of sweet wine. The result is a high quality long lasting wine with strong and decisive characteristics and an intense bouquet of cherries and plums. The grape varieties are a beautiful blend of Corvina (40%), Corvinone (20%), Rondinella (20%), and other native grapes (Molinara, Dindarella, Oseleta, Croatina). Pair this wine with red meats, roast ham and matured cheeses.
