The Batiso 2011 Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore is an extra dry prosecco with a 1.6% residual sugar and 11% alcohol.  These qualities,  in addition to it’s light and fresh character and fruit forward aromas and taste, make this the perfect prosecco with which to start a cocktail party or appetizers.  Be sure to chill it before serving.
