Four acres of extremely steep hillside, Biancolella vineyards grown in rich volcanic soil at 600 meters above sea level make this fantastic wine. These conditions provide an excellent acidity structure, while the prolonged contact of the yeast after fermentation (batonage) produce a fruity and floral fragrance with hints of banana.
