Description

Barolo "Monvigliero"
comes from one of the best areas of Verduno, and after aging at least
three years in oak casks it presents a color of garnet red with orange tinges.
The aroma is full, ethereal, and lingering with a hint of florals and
fruits amalgamated with the scent of spices and essences. The palate echoes these aromas, and boasts a dry,
intense, robust but velvety and harmonic mid-palate and lengthy finish. This wine goes well with red
meat, game and matured cheese. It is advised to drink it at a
temperature of 18-20C, decanting for sediment and aeration one hour. This wine has been made
and bottled by oenologist Paolo Torchio.
