The owners at Carvinea wanted to produce the greatest wines of the area and part from the traditional grapes of Puglia. They decided to plant Montepulciano, Aglianico, and Petite Verdot, and to join forces with the number one winemaker in Italy to produce their wines.
This is a 1.5ml bottle and has aged near the top for 14 years and ready to be enjoyed.
Frauma is a ruby red wine with purplish reflections. The delicate and balanced scent with initial reminders of berries and sweet spices with lively aromas that evoke tobacco, mint, and leather, accented with a balsamic hint. This wonderful wine is tasty and strong at first, it becomes warm and balanced, able to excite in a long finish with dynamic elegance.
Tonneaux and bottle aged for 16 months. Enjoy this Fabulous wine!
