Pasetti winery was born in Francavilla, on the Adriatic coast, but over
the years it has extended its vineyards in the inland parts of Abruzzo,
finding the ideal location in Pescosansonesco at the foot
of Gran Sasso and in Capestrano also known as "Tirino
Valley".
Franco Pasetti has always been attentive to events organized with the
aim of promoting wines in observance of excellent quality
parameters; as such, they have received many awards for their Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
DOC as well as for Cerasuolo DOC and Bianco Colline Pescaresi IGT. They have been featured in various editions of the Douja d’or National Competition
for DOC and DOCG Wines, the Torgiano Vini d’Italia Wine Tasting Bench,
the Selezione del Sindaco Oenological Competition, the National
Competition for DOC and DOCG Wines at the Pramaggiore National Trade
Fair, the International Oenological Competition at the Milan
International Food and Drink Exhibition and the Enohobby Vini Bollino
National Competition.
