Description
 
100% Negroamaro from Alto Salento, located 70 m above sea level on tufaceos-calcareous soils.
Hand harvested with maceration on the skins for 16 days; followed by oak aging and bottle refining.

Deep ruby red color, with a fruit-forward aroma showing hints of violets and spicy clove. The palate is extremely elegant and well balanced. Tannins are present but not overpowering. Drink now - 2020.
