Three generations have carried the privilege and the pride of
the Bidoli Winery, founded in 1924 by Cav. Alessandro Bidoli in San
Daniele del Friuli. His son Giobatta served with equal commitment
following the example of his father, and has included new energy and new
ideas to pass down to the current generation.
Today, Winemaker Arrigo Bidoli and Commercial Manager
Margherita Bidoli are proud to harmonize tradition with the most modern
technologies and have transformed the winery into an efficient and
modern facility.
The most ambitious project of the family was to locate a
suitable site to build a new cellar, on the remains of an ancient
industrial brick furnace built in 1858. The baked clay bricks of the
“fornas” are fundamental material to provide the perfect condition for
aging wines.
