2016 was an excellent vintage overall for Italian wine. The vineyard is located in the Messina at 330 meters above sea level in east of Sicily.
The word (Maestro meanes Master) which is the master of Enza La Fauci
winery. Maestro is made from 100% Nocera with long maceration on the skin at a controlled temperature with Malolactic Vinification.
The wine is ruby red in color with purplish highlights and on the palate, there are savory notes with hints of mint and eucalyptus tree and licorice. Savory and minerality with persistent sweet tannins as very profound in this fabulous wine.
Pairs best with grilled meats, roasted fish, and mature cheeses.
