Recipit is a great red wine, made with 100% Guarnacciuno Nero. Grown in Chiaromonte in a historic Basilicata village in the heart of Pollino national park, which was ancient Enotria. The grapes grow in clay and sand soil, in 450 to 500 altitude.
Maturation for 8 months in stainless steel and 6 months in the bottle before they get released to the market.
It has a ruby red color, with violet reflections, but with an exciting freshness and aromas with hints of red berries and light fragrances of Mediterranean herbs like sage, mint, and thyme. On the palate it has a good structure with balanced and pleasant soft tannins.
