This fantastic wine is made of 100% Carignano del Sulcis in Sardegna. It has an intense purple red color with a rich bouquet of fruits with elegant balsamic notes of Mediterranean scrub typical of the production area.
Produced only 3000 bottles from free-standing vines of 60-80 years as a sapling on sandy soil with a yield of 25Ql. It refines only in steel. The nose reveals hints of plum and spicy notes. It has a great structure, balanced, warm and enveloping. persistent in the mouth, soft and with pleasant tannins.
Pair with the first or second course of meat, cold cuts, cheeses, mushroom risotto.
