The “Carmenère” grapes, confused since a few years ago with the Cabernet franc, have assumed in the Piave area a native character and there have found its ideal territory. Carmerosso has an intense ruby color and a ripe red fruit bouquet with relevant spicy notes. Its complex structure and tannins enable the wine to age for a long lasting time.  This wine is ideal with "tagliatelle" with game and strong red meat dishes.
