One of the first vineyards of Chardonnay in Umbria constructed to demonstrate that this earth can produce great whites. This wine is fermented in oak barrels to exploit the full potential of structure, character and elegance. Today, after more than twenty years of experience the wine combines the power of the fruit with the use of wood.
To produce this wine the must, obtained by pressing, is fermented in new French oak barrels. It is aged for a minimum of four months before it is released to the public. The character of this wine large, powerful and full of ripe fruit. This wine is excellent with appetizers, cheeses, white meats, grilled fish and seafood.

From Sangiovese grapes, grown in the Umbria microclimate, Vigne La Pieve is matured in French oak casks and barrels for 15 months, and then bottle aged for 6 months before release. It is a ruby red color and combines elegance and texture with fragrant, rich and complex aromas. This wine is excellent for red sauces, grilled meats, roasts and mature cheeses.
