reveals a vibrant personality that comes from its sandy soils. Its intense aromas of white flowers and fruit, rose, citrus, and enchanting nectar derive from slow fermentation at a low temperature while in
stainless steel for several months. This marvelous white with a straw yellow color has intense acidity and round and viscous texture, combined with bitterness from the middle and slight
sweetness in the finish. Its great straightforward drinkability make this Arneis an
exceptionally pleasant and complex wine, the ideal pairing for appetizers, first courses with
vegetables, and seafood dishes.
