Brut Rose Cruase
of the Mazzolino
Estate was established in vineyards located in the municipality of Corvino
San Quirico,
in the province of Pavia in Lombardia.
It
is
produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, the
fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
of 18-20 C. The second fermentation takes place by re-fermentation
in
the bottle, according to the classic method, with an aging of at least 18 months on its lees. The Cruasé
of Tenuta
Mazzolino
is characterized by an unpolished salmon pink color and a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose opens with a broad and characteristic bouquet, with hints of rose
petals, exotic
fruit, and pastry. On the palate, it is fresh and soft, pleasantly delicate and balanced.
Perfect to
serve fresh as an aperitif, it is ideally paired with appetizers, first courses of
fish, and
vegetarian dishes.
