This is a lovely wine and a remarkable example of Barbaresco, elegance and power are balanced beautifully. The steep Ovello vineyard overlooks the hilltop hamlet of Barbaresco and beautifully trellised countryside.

Earthy, alluring fragrances suggest bright berry, rose petal and tilled soil. The palate delivers ripe, wild cherry completed by notes of vanilla, white and black pepper along side youthful silky tannins and backed by a smooth but drying finish.
