This powerful Organic wine is made of 100% selected Carignano del Sulcis in Sardegna. It has an intense ruby red color with a rich and complex bouquet, fruity with elegant balsamic notes of Mediterranean scrub typical of the production area.
Fermentation at controlled temperatures 25-28 ° C. Repeated pumping over and delestage ensure a good extraction of the aromatic and coloring components. This is an organically certified wine.
It has a great structure, balanced, warm and enveloping. persistent in the mouth, soft and with pleasant tannins.
Pair with the first or second course of meat, cold cuts, cheeses, mushroom risotto.
