This Organic Frescati is made from Malvasia di Candia grapes and a very small percentage of Toscano grapes. An interesting blend, obtained from the De Sanctis with vineyards of about forty years of age and pampering a volcanic and mineral soil; the harvest at the beginning of October is manual, as is the selection, and the vinification is in white with fermentation in steel containers and indigenous yeasts. Frascati De Sanctis can be defined as an easy to drink wine, with a marked aroma and minerality where the main notes on the nose are ripe fruit, white flowers, and a delicate but persistent almond aftertaste that is also found when tasting. It is a fresh and versatile wine, perfect for an aperitif as well as for lunch or dinner: combine it with dishes such as fried and vegetable side dishes, light-cured meats, risottos, and fresh cheeses. After fermentation without adding any sulfites, one of the reasons why this white wine is recognized as organic, it is aged for five months in steel containers. It has known for its balance between sweetness and acidity, as well as for its bright straw yellow color with golden and brilliant nuances.
