A unique and special bubbly born on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese (a native red grape), this brut hails from a family-run estate established on Etna more than 100 years ago - the roots of the family vines run almost as deep as the their winemaking history!
Delicate yet pungent aromas of apples and brioche show on the lively nose; the mouth is citrus-lined, with candied lemons and small, spiced berries, a nod to the power and enticing character of Nerello Mascalese. A gorgeous wine with the verve of Prosecco but the nobility and elegance of fine Champagne. Serve as aperitif or with fresh fruit.
