Description
 
A distinct straw colored yellow with notes of fresh fruits and spring flowers with a hint of elderflower. It is a medium white wine that leaves a pleasant and balanced taste, perfectly coherent with the typical flavor of the Pesario area. Type of collection: grapes harvested by hand in small boxes, selection of grapes in the vineyard through four stages of thinning and harvesting. The Boccalino is obtained with the second passage.
Soil type: clay-limestone
Yield per hectare: 10 tons.
Vinification: soft crushing of whole cluster, static must settling cold. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless
Ageing: 3 - 4 months in bottle
Alcohol: 12.5% - 13%
