Ortaia is aged for at least one year in barrique with fining in the bottle.  Only part of the wine is then matured in oak barrique for 16-18 months and refined for at least 4 months in the bottle.

This red wine has an aromatic complexity that is outstanding, notes of rose and violet. It evokes hints of red fruits both for it’s taste and for it’s scents. Beautiful harmony and balance in the structure of the tannins, delicious aftertaste.
