This wine is the result of an accurate selection from vineyards cultivated in the Gallura region, a few kilometres from the granite peaks of Mount Limbara. The nature of the terrain and the wooded surroundings, in which aromatic Mediterranean herbs abound, constitute the basic elements characterizing this Vermentino, which is produced at our winery in Cabras by means of very gentle pressing and low temperature fermentation. This is a fresh and tasty white wine with good concentration, mineral traces and an intense floral bouquet.
