Margherita has a fresh, smooth, full-rounded aftertaste, with low bitterness, and slight acidity, with a thick, creamy, Pure malt ale, brewed with both barley and wheat malts. It is Unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented, and second fermentation in the bottle.
Ingredients are the wonderful water of Gualdo Tadino, barley and wheat malt, hops, and yeasts.
