A modern and meticulously made this Sauvignon Blanc, fantastic white wine is crisp and ready to drink. With a select harvest, and fermented at a controlled temperature for 22 days. 8 months of maturation in stainless steel vats and further refinement in bottle produced a dry, medium bodied wine with balanced acidity.
The color is yellow with flashes of pale green. Intense aromas that echo grass, sage,and elder flower with notes of melon and citrus are accompanied by a creamy finish. This refreshing wine pairs perfectly with vegetarian food, soups, seafood, or white pasta.or just on its own!
