Description Technical Specs (May be in Italian If There Is Not an English Version Available)

The Ischia Bianco is an equal blend of indigenous varieties 50% Biancolella and 50% Forastera. produced through traditional white vinification with cold and thermally-controlled fermentation. In the glass its a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is highly aromatic with aromas of fresh apple, loquat, wildflowers, almonds and a hint of salinity. On the palate flavors of ripe apples, apricot and fresh herbs are balanced by brisk acidity, flinty minerality and a crisp finish. It’s a fun, refreshing and fantastic wine.
Pairs well with lighter fish such as Branzino, Seafood, Shellfish, Lighter Cheeses, Salads or as an Aperitif Wine.

An enticing nose of wildflowers and apples, a fantastic palate with flavors of apricots, citrus fruit, slightly saline mineral notes and a long teasing finish.
