Iperione wine is one of the most important products of the "Amantis". It is produced in MonteCucco, province of Grosseto in Tuscany. The wine "Hyperion" is an IGT wine, the name, vinified from 90% Cabernet Franc, 10% Sangiovese. Amantis produced about 4,000 bottles.
Maturation in small French oak barrels for 18 months and in the bottle for 15 months, permits the wine to exhalt its quality and characteristics. This wine is produced only during vintages of excellent quality. An intriguing and powerful dry wine that is also elegant, soft and balanced. The Iperione is a wine that gives both harmony and refinement. It goes well with delicate red meat like filet mignon and pork.
